Ingredients are: cooked wheat berries, black beans, corn (from frozen), tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, a big dollop of 505 green chile sauce, generous sprinkling of chili powder, and a pinch of cumin

Karman - it was 118 grams carbs. I'm guessing that's a lot, but I don't restrict carbs. You could always cut back on the corn and add some avocado if you wanted

How about same salad and cut the portion down a bit. You don’t have to restrict your food choices all the time, just choose a slightly less portion.

Kenna - that's another good strategy if needed. For my purposes, this portion was in line with my goals, but someone else had asked about carbs 🙂
