Long day at work but eating well and drinking 5000 cups of water...spent most of the day running from my office to the bathroom, hahaha. I know my calories look low but I dont always remember to write everything down...I am terrible at recording but i can tell you that I never go over 1100-1200 a day when i am trying to lose.
