Today I get the call about what time i have to be at hospital to get shots in my lower back tomorrow. The process itself is scarier then getting the shots. They do help with the pain for at least 2 months. The pain lately isn't helping my mood lately. The weather has gotten colder and harder for me to get out and be in the sunshine, which i so desperately need.
