Very nice anniversary dinner with a bottle of Merlot, dessert, and some cordials with coffee. Also, I had pasta after all. It came with the dinner and I still have that childhood hangup about not leaving food on the plate. But back to work tomorrow. At least I will end the day with a calorie deficit.
