Post workout 🏋️‍♀️ meal 🥘💪🏻, High in healthy fats and protein plus the sun ☀️ is shining today 😀. Summer just round the corner everyone 😅💃🥳.

Fatty fish, including salmon are rich in omega6 fatty acids. 6oz of tuna packed in water contains 41.6g of protein and 5.4g of fat👌🏻. Other evidence shows that oils drawn fr fatty fish help to reduce muscle soreness after resistance training also in the morning as yr cortisol levels are high if u consume healthy fats in the morning yr body will use them instead of storing them as our bodies are most active during the day. Later on in a day I introduce carbs. I am not trying to turn into a bodybuilder 😅🤣. Eating substantial amount of carbs especially in the morning stops yr body fr burning fat.

Omg !! Don’t say that pls what ever works for you !! Nobody is right or wrong . Our bodies are different and respond differently to certain type of foods. Also when u eat healthy fats with protein in the morning u don’t spike yr insulin and prevents u from binging as carbs make u hungry within a few hours, but later on in a day I introduce carbs with slow glycemic index like sweet potatoes, butternut squash, quinoa, beans or oats, which helps me to fuel up and restore my glycogen for my early morning workout the next day as I workout 🏋️‍♀️ fasted👌🏻
