I now avoid all mirrors I look and see how far I have gone down, but I look back and think before i begun to fall apart in the last six months . During lock down I gave up drinking for 154 days took to walking the whole of the local golf course walking up to 10 miles a day , lost three stones got many compliments I must get back to that and I will best wishes everyone ❤

I really sympathise! I lost a stone in lockdown by the end of the year I put it back on. So now trying to give this another go, albeit with less enthusiasm. Respect to you for trying the hardest part is making the decision to start. ❤️❤️

Edited my journal enter previously it didn't make sense! But what is more important is you wonderful people on FS you have been so supportive of me and yes I know I can over as very annoying
