Fell off the waggon in August when Tracy and Donna came for visits. Carb cravings returned. I am weak and gave in. I've gained most of my weight back and feel terrible again. I felt so much better when my weight was down.
Eating better this week. Turned down a candy bar yesterday (Andy ate his). I am walking into work and up one flight of stairs to start.
