No more challenges Ad! Need to focus on the ones I already have. Managed 7000 steps but forgot to carry my phone all the time so could have been 8000😌

I’m feeling good, I went to the gym Friday and Saturday (before I get the disapproving look)🤣) I only really went there for the walk there and back and to socialise a bit, and I went back to work today,It wasn’t a hard day, and if I had to bet on it,,I think they’ll call me this week, about setting a date for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday next week as that’s the days the professor does these ERCPs , but I could be wrong and it might be the week after 🤣

It does feel good to be back into a routine, however, lazy me did like relaxing for the last month🤣 (albeit, in pain!) My knee still isn’t great, so still no running, and maybe no running for the foreseeable future, if at all! Have a good day today Suma ❤️
