I went grocery shopping today and spent some time reading labels and what not. I knew some stuff had carbs but man some stuff has CARBS!!! I'm not doing keto or anything, but I am limiting things. When I went to the dr I told her I snack ALL day. I have a HUGE problem with sugar. I'd rather eat sweets/snack than "real" food. I drink energy drinks everyday. These past two weeks I have had to think outside the box for meals and eat things I'd normally not eat. I haven't had any energy drinks at all. I did have a keto coffee yesterday but that was it. I've not eaten any sweets other than the chocolate that's in my protein bars and shakes. That in itself is a huge accomplishment for me. I feel like a switch has flipped and my determination to get better is growing. I owe that to God!! ♡

Good luck on your path! I think you'll find that as you reduce sugar and processed foods, you'll crave it less. At least that's how it worked for me 🙂
