I didn't fill in the details on this fabulous beet salad. very simple, and lots of arugula to much on. I'm surprised that Balsamic vinegar is only 22 cals/tablespoon. This was yummy. I was out with girlfriends. We get together monthly. The wine is Montepulciano a Bruzzo. Mmmm.

Erq1 - I enjoyed this wine in Montepulciano in September, 2016. It's SO good. I'm headed back to Italy toward the end of April. I'm headed for Puglia, where Primativo is grown. I should find some interesting tastings there. Thanks for correcting my spelling error too.😉

Writingwro - I don't think they were roasted. The sides were too clean😅 But I agree with you that roasted beets are yummy! They are good too with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
