Let's see...

Today's early morning training session was meant to be a highly metabolic complex full of swings and presses and crawling.

Instead I did some mobility work and I feel so much better. Foam rolling, windmills. It was fun and to the point.

I have some good food prepared for the rest of the day.

My macros 25% protein, 22% fat. All I have to do is up my protein intake this evening and I'm golden.
