need to get my head back in the game. I have a holiday in August that I want to feel comfortable taking pictures and not hide behind others.
I have 21 weeks, so plan on losing at least 1lb a week. which will be 1.5stone lost as a minimum.

I need to try and track my good as best as I can to keep me accountable, plus eating healthier will help with my stomach hernia and reflux
