Finally! 20lbs down. This feels so so good!
I started to weight train again and tracking my macros. Yesterday's dinner consisted of 2 tins of tuna, 200g mushrooms and 200g broccoli which I had to eat in order to hit my daily macro goal - I will be better prepared today and not have to consume my bodyweight in broccoli and tuna at the end of the day!

Really happy about this, can't wait to be back in the 140's. Goal is 145lbs by Christmas Day and ready to continue in the New Year.
