So this is DAY 1. I have upped the ante this time. I would like to lose 40 lbs. I want to be healthy. I want to get my eating under control. I want to be in shape and be able to keep up with all my friends. I'm jumping in with both feet. I will go to the gym. I will choose to eat healthier.
