Woke at 224.0, up .7 after an 800 calorie FMD day! Got to 224.7 by lunchtime. Just doing the process and letting the body follow along. I do have a happy hour event in town tonight so I will take a slight detour. Back after it tomorrow for the big finish. UPDATE: Lots of water movement today and 222.6 by 4 pm.
