Woke at 222.9, down 1.1 from yesterday. Day five of fasting mimicking diet for March. I have a doctor's appointment an hour away so I am going to dry fast until I get back. UPDATE: Back from the doc, where everything was great. Pretty perfect bloodwork and a solid remission after six years. Stopped at the Safeway for a salad bar, but didn't have one, so I got a 'Superfood Salad' from their deli. Kale with walnuts and berries and some other good things. Got to 221.7 before eating. UPDATE 2: My friend Dennis came over unexpectedly tonight and we went to see Jason at the sub shop. So, I ended up eating a Jimmy John's Unwich sub, which broke the FMD a meal early. I'll take it easy on the final few days of the month. I don't want to gain all the weight back after this week's loss.
