Eating pretty much anything I feel like, but checking portion size and obviously not going thru a whole Nutella jar in a single go, as I run and exercice about 6,5h to 7h a week. I feel quite hungrier than I used to, but I like that. Trying to make good choices, and working out a lot seems to work for me!
