well yesterday my stomach was killing me. I only ate one time and was sorry for it all day long. I felt like I was going to throw up all day long. I never did.. but it was terrible. Today I feel much better and food no longer tastes rotten. My kids are doing much better. My son ate today for the first time since Sunday. His fever broke last night. He is very fussy and a bit of a pita. But no one said mothering was easy. I went to my exercise class today.. and now I am back on track.. I started my period today. :P So I need to be super mindful of my food choices. Eat in bulk.. Loads of big meals that are low in calories. Stay full and get past the junk food hump that I am in from the last 4 or 5 days. Has anyone else found that if you eat bad for a few days the first few days back on track are filled with temptation. Like the things I had no problem resisting are all I can think about. It may just be me.. but I dunno. Anyway I stepped on the scale today.. and it was not as bad as I thought it might be.. 215. So that is not too bad for being on my period and having a week of bad choices.. I am excited to get back on track. Sadly with the illness my bike goals went out the window.. I will continue to ride this month.. and set new goals for next. I would have made it had it not been for those darn kids. (think scooby doo ;) ) Anyway.. I am glad to be feeling better.. and my daughter is well.. my son is much better.. still not on top.. but way better than he was.

Ceebee, glad you are feeling better. Yes, when I get off track, it is so hard getting back on. I seem to just crave all kind of stuff I don't even think about when I am eating well. Hope you get past the cravings quickly, and so glad the kiddos are doing better.
