I've been struggling a little the last couple days, mainly eating too much candy/sugar. I am doing decent today, I still had more candy than I should have, but I think it will be ok. When I eat too much sugar, it's not so good because I get to where all I want to eat is sugar and I lose track of my hunger signals. Sugar causes cravings for me and cravings make me feel like overriding my natural hunger. I am not cutting sugar out altogether, but I am trying to get back into balance as best I can.
