Well, I guess I feel guilty about taking yesterday off with exercising...because I've already done 1/2 of my normal exercise routine...and fixing to finish it up. I never get my exercise in this early. I tend to postpone most of it until right before bed.
Why do I dread exercising so much??? I feel so much better after working out!! I've decided I have to get this exercise done fourth thing in the morning. 1st-going to the restroom, 2nd-weighing myself (daily habit) 3rd-fix my breakfast and getting the kids on the bus (weekdays) and 4th-my stretching, walk/run, pilates & cardio!! That would make for an energetic day!!
Maybe I will get that started tomorrow...I don't have the kids this weekend, so I slept in today and probably will tomorrow...but I can try to make my workout be the 4th thing I do upon waking...we'll see!!
Hopefully I will see some results this next Friday...Not going to get discouraged over no results. This is my new way of thinking!! Nothing will change my new way of life :)
