Hi Bren - I fell back to sleep, that is the nearest one to where I live, there are two local ones w/o the huge produce sections. The one in my town has two rows of freezers and maybe five rows of food, which they should expand. I need a bath mat and a good can opener, one must buy an expensive one for them to work, I don't want an electric one, the last two I had were no good, one wouldn't open cans and the second one broke. It is about 70* and sunny here so I kind of suggested to Bruce we go today rather than tomorrow when it might be raining. Have a great Sunday, if Bruce doesn't come over I will go to church. I realize I have more editing to do than I thought to do, but it will just make the books better. The dieting is going well, I really want to go to Arby's today so maybe we will - who knows there is one a mile or so from that WalMart. I hope everyone has a good day...

We went to a buffet instead, not good, over 6 pound weight gain this morning. I don't like buffets as one tends to overeat, Bruce always wants to go as he is losing weight from sweating too much at work. I will only get one plate of food from now on at buffets, plus they're not the healthiest places to go with so many people handling ladles and handles to pick up the food. I would rather go to Arby's - it is better. No more buffets for me, if so one plate of salad food... 

when you go to buffets you have to try an stick to a plan of only eating salad and mabye alittle extra...you have to remember they salt an season everything...lots of water today an moving around will work off that gain..its probly salt retention...a few days an the 6 pound gain will just be a memory... 

Thanks loosin' a lot of the food was salty. I hate eating at buffets, Bruce ate twice as much as I did, but due to his diabetes and the diabetes meds he's on he sweats profusely at work, so he has been losing weight rapidly due to the excessive sweating at work where it's fairly hot in the daytime. He's going to introduce me to a woman he dated long ago, he thinks we would make a good match, the three of us are going to go to one of the casinos within the next month or two. Anyway, I'm doing well otherwise...
