REFLECTIONS OF AN OBESE CHICK: Only consumed 1150 calories yesterday, not intentionally. Today lunch with brother and coworker - grilled chicken salad at La Fogata. Rare moment - I didn't get what I normally would get. Didn't over do it on the chips/salsa/cheese either. Just really wasn't feeling my normal stuff.
*Haven't really been sleeping well - weird dreams. Figure it's in anticipation of a crazy weekend and anniversary of Dad's passing. Youth group will be active Friday - Sunday.
