I got beat up yesterday... by a little girl.

True story. Mostly.

I had karate class last night. I got to do my first sparring class. It was lots of fun. Except that part where I got kicked in the junk by a 12 year old girl. Note to self: buy a cup... with spikes sticking out of it... dipped in poison. I also managed to tear up the bottom of my feet from all that dodging barefoot on a hardwood floor. Running should be interesting this afternoon.

Also, also... HELL WEEK! I finalized the challenge and put it up. You should join. Seriously. If you don't I'll tell all your friends you're a wimp. True story... wimp (unless you joined, and then by 'wimp' I really mean super-mega-awesomesauce person of the year!). For some people it will be mega hard, and for some people it might be easy. But it should be a good workout and an interesting challenge regardless.

I weighed in at exactly 191 this morning. w00t! Now I'm going to go eat some salt and throw that number up to 200 again.
