Yikes! Wish I knew a Shark Bowl at Applebee’s was 700 calories BEFORE I ordered it! Totally killed my buzz 😅 So instead of being 800 under, I’m lucky to break even today. Can’t wait to hit the gym for a solid two hours tomorrow 💪
