Weighed in and took measurements!! HAPPY!! :) I'm not so discouraged by the lack of weight loss lately. I lost 1 lb this week for a total of 13 lbs lost!! And I lost a total of 7.27" off of my body since 4/15!! I'll take that and work harder for more results!! :) I love to see my hard work pay off!!

Feeling a little better today. Going to the grocery to get more healthy foods. Made up a menu last night. Going to stick to Induction the rest of this week and might go further...We'll see how its going Monday the 9th...

I am going to try to get my calories up to 1200-1500 this week and see if that helps the fat melt off. Everywhere I read, I don't get anough calories for my exercise routine. We'll see how that goes. Also following MOVE (meat, oil, veggies and eggs only this week).
