Recipe: 3 servings - 400g farmers dry pressed cheese (preferably 0.8-4%) - 1 egg - 3 egg whites - 1 tsp vanilla - ¼ tsp baking powder - 15 g flour (I use gluten free) - sweetner to taste - 90 g frozen cranberries, blueberries or sour cherries A. Preheat oven to 350⁰F B. Mix all ingredients except berries in a bowl with a hand blender until smooth. C. Grease 3 ramekins and divide batter equally. D. Divide 30g of berries per each serving by placing them on top E. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Goes well with sour cherry and 70% dark chocolate pieces! It can easily be heated in a microwave for 1 minute and will taste like it came out of the oven. It's also delicious cold 🙂 Enjoy everyone 😋

Btw if anyone is into citrusy things, lemon juice and zest can be added for extra flavour 🍋
