lost 1lb this week
now the bank holiday weekends have been and gone i can get back into the swing of it
trying to be extra good this week and make it a 100% week (to include syns)
and day 2 im still going strong
ive gotten complacent with the plan yet i know it works when stick with it so that what i got to do if i want rid of these lbs for good
sorry to ramble
