well my monthly goal of 200000 steps was not made. got 193000 for month due to my taking a bit of a break with daughter.
back home now,low carbs and doing walking.
trying to walk 10000 steps a day..boy do I feel it at night. and can hardly keep eyes open in the evenings...!
