Thank you SO much for posting 'body building' info! (a subject that I know virtually nothing about😉) You definitely are a shining example of muscular success💪💪

Yeah! A lot of people are undereating calories though and scared of gaining ANY body fat and spinning their wheels before seeing real growth.

When I drop to 20% body fat, I instantly lose a cup size. So when they figure out how to recompose the remaining excess fat in my body back up to my boobs, let us know, Diablo! Some areas on women look better when fluffy 😄

Thank you! I'm paying attention! :-) Meal timing? All I've heard is that it is better to eat early in the evening rather than later ...

Just trying to come to a new understanding and "talking" it out --- I am new novice - I used to have more muscle because of physical labour - then times got bad and I gained about 70 pounds of fat - Recompostion is when you lose 60 pounds of fat and that works - I am so Laid Off that if I pick up a book - I start to form a muscle. So yes - that is true - I discoverd this myself - "The novel training stimulus is so POWERFUL that it can cause muscle gain even during a calorie deficit ---- just including the small reps 10x on the little tiny set of exercises posted by Crystal - actually formed a bicep muscle - and I am so very proud of it - remember that fat the used to form in my armpit when I held my arm up in the air --- now it is a tiny little muscle. (Your brain is a muscle - and your brain is filled with THINGS THAT YOU DID NOT WANT TO KNOW - and this post is one of those things) lol Have a good one!!!
