My doc threatened me not to go below 130 lbs for my height, and I may need to do that. Thanks for the tips! Best wishes always. :)

Aaron, I'm 5' 2" inches. 130 lbs in the BMI calculator at iifym.com has me at 23.77 which my doctor says is ok for me. The Body Mass Index at Livestrong.com has me at 23.8, so different sites are a little different. Healthy BMI for everyone is from 18.5 to 24.9 so I'm good. If your BMI gets below 18.5 you need a dietitian or nutritionist to help you gain weight safely.

I have the 18.5-24.9 Your not gonna go below 18.5. Trust me. I was down to 4.6% bf for contest. And it was like straight like an arrow threw the middle of healthy. It would have been 22.24. And middle exact would be 21.7. So actually still above it. You would have to kill yourself with malnutrition, holding back on water, really low carb. I've read on here some people are eating just over 600 calories a day...These people obviously don't know how to lose weight, and gaining...Eating rotten stuff like sugar. Calories, protein, carbohydrates, vitamins or minerals. Starvation. I dunno I've seen lots of it, u try to talk to people and they ignore you, and think they are right. There is no fast way. I have some ladies (you know who are) they are doing amazing work, and its showing on their weight scale. Good jobs! I was not a slim 6 pack, machine my whole life, heck no, I used to be a smoking, beer drinking, party animal who weighed in his 215. I had a muffin top, and man boobs. It took 4 years. I turned into a food freak, cuz the food these days. And worked 1 pound a week. Till I got down, redo my number do my calculations, another pound. In all this time I did a lot of research, with my sickness, I can only eat certin things, I make it perfect, I eat the same thing all the time, if i need more carbs, more oats, rice, sweet potatoes. If I need less, then less. I know its not the nicest thing to eat everyday the same thing. But I am covered in all my nutrients, in my minerals, vitamins, and I take a multi vitamin as well, I drink they say 8 cups a day, I drink more like 8 leters. I know the medicine I take is very killing and powerful, I like to dilute that the best I can. So haha sorry Deb, my answer for you is your fine. Ive seen your work. And just a little more info for anyone. U make it your routine, and its no longer hard to do. And throw away the chocolate...there is enough fat in 3 squares of that to kill a kindergarden.

Thanks, Aaron. Glad to hear you take the vitamins and extra water. You need to flush out the toxins. When I eat clean I feel good. I recently had two restaurant dinners and I see why people feel bad after eating out. The carbs and fats are high and the fiber is low. I am going to eat right on New Year's Day and start the New Year out healthy. Be well! Take care.
