Good day FS friends. I'm fasting today. Will do 13 hour max. So no lunch today, just pre meal and dinner. Planning to complete 6 days of fasting every other day or as soon as possible. Not something you like to do, but need to do because of all the benefit you get from it. Hope I can do it. Peace out.
