Sexy for the summer,
Well I did not want to write this time because , I gained weight . This morning the scale read 220.8. I did not like that . I wanted to hide from this information. Anyway , I could not hide from this news. I enlisted the help of a gym to help me find out what am I doing wrong , because I thought this new diet that I am doing is perfect for me. Well my plate revealed it is not I am eating more calories than I am spending. I did enlist the help of a gym since December 28, 2014. I will update soon.
I don't know what my challenger means when he said drinks lots of water. He did not specify the amount of water he wanted me to drink, each day. So I will add three cups of water per day.
