Looking back at some of my early 2014 posts, I noticed I was struggling with sodas and weening myself off it. I guess that was one resolution I actually didn't break. I've been soda free for quite some time. No cravings nothing. Wohoo!!

I've learned through many years of yo-yo'ing diets and proof is simply by my weight history, that it's all about finding what works and understanding if you don't do the work it's not going to pay off. We control what we eat, and what we do with ourselves.

Every morning at 4am when that awful alarm goes off, I have two decisions: continue sleeping in that nice warm bed or off to the gym. Its very easy to do what the body doesn't want to do.

Set a goal. Motivate yourself. Make it happen. Or just be fat and miserable.
