I use to stop eating when trying to loose weight and then when a craving hits, gobble everything in sight. Now, on my 2nd week, tracking everything I eat and staying just a bit under my daily intake and cross fingers that this time will be my time as I don't know how it feels to be a healthy weight. Just want to feel happy in my own skin and shine
