Hello 2015!

Let's get started this year by being active. I've spent a lot of time learning how to eat healthy and this year I'm going to focus more on being active. I've had a lot of weight fluctuation over the last year mainly due to work travel but that slow creeping 10 pounds I gained is NOT cute. I'm going to try to start T25 again and start with a 3 days a week plan. Hopefully that way I can actually do something! I tend to get discouraged when I don't do it every single day per the schedule. Honestly, the fact that I did it should be a win! I shouldn't focus on when I didn't do it, or get perturbed over the calendar not being correct! I need to embrace and praise the time I do work out.

As for diet - watch calories, count them up, less carbs, more veggies, eat lean meats. So far so good into January my new obsession is zoodles... I finally got a Vegetti from Bed Bath and Beyond...LOVE IT! Stupid name...but GREAT tool!

I'm ready for a new year to try again! :)
