Went drinking on the wknd.... ughh Before the wknd I stepped on the scale and saw 243. Now for the past 3 days I'm seeing 246 and IT WILL NOT MOVE!!! Usually if I drink a ton of water it'll go back down. Not this time! I'm so mad at myself, because Sunday (Hangover day) I ate badly... Mostly because I couldn't keep anything down so whatever was on hand I needed... I know it'll come off again, but it just sucks! And money is short this week and I forgot to get enuf fruits and vegs... So I'm only having 1 serving of fruit a day (Supposed to have 2) and my veg is just romaine cut up with olive oil in it... It's a bad week I've already decided... Not going to cheat, but I'm not expecting miracles.

a couple of tablesspoons of apple cider vinegar before bed is usually a good diuretic to get out some of that excess water weight. Im not sure of your veggie regimen but I buy a lot of frozen veggies, not as good as fresh but much cheaper if your pinchin pennies(also if you have an asian market in your area, the veggies are SO much cheaper than a supermarket) I completely feel you on the binge drinking.. that leaves to binge eating especially comfort foods when youre hung over. good luck =)
