I haven't felt good the last week and have been kind of down, so I haven't exercised and my eating has been out of control. I guess the only thing I can do is re-evaluate, and start again. I know I can do it because I was doing it, it's just hard when you get in a funk to get out of it. The only person that can snap me out of it is me, so I better get working on that. I'm just feeling blah.

Sometimes what you eat can get you down - it is usually an individual thing, like some people can't really eat meat without feeling down, or some say carbs will do it. Hope you feel better soon!

I am an emotional eater too. trying to change that. I didn't get in much exercise this week either. Sorry you haven't felt very good,emotional or otherwise. Walking sometimes makes me feel better. of course kenpo x is a great stress reliever. lol. all those punches and kicks. Feel better soon!
