Check this, I over ate at lunch 11:30-12-30, not that I had anything bad a whole fish fillet, 1/2 cup salad, cup green beans, cup wild rice. I did not follow my rule which is to seperate my food before I started eating, I should have had 1/2 that fillet and 1/2 that cup wild rice. I was so full, I did not eat again til 6p and I felt miserable and over stuffed. Just pointing out that the tummy gets adjusted to six small meals but the old mind frame this taste good kicked right in! This is why I talk about it and seem obsessed at times with my eatng because my mind set has to change, I have to be aware of myself or I over do it.

That's a great rule, I've done it before at restaurants but there have been more times I should have & didn't! Don't be too hard on yourself, live & learn & try to remember for next time. :)
