Things have been going great but i have to say its been a month of only about 60% focus on my nutrition...still working out hard 5 days a week but we all know exercise does not make us lose weight. Sadly, 80% of weight loss is our nutrition and mine hasnt been great. Going to weigh tomorrow not sure if i have gained, maybe a lb or 2 but I am still wanting to get down to 135 soooo there has to be some focus somewhere.
Lets see what tomorrow and this weeks nutrition brings. My committment is to track my food every day for the next 7 days...AT LEAST!!!
