I fell behind on my goals when we had some very dear friends visit from out of town and stay with us. I didn’t count calories and we had a wonderful time. The next week it was my birthday, Father’s Day, and a retirement party for my father. Same story. It was all worth it, but now I’m somewhere between my original and revised goals. We’ll see what happens from here.
