I ate chocolate cake last night, and it caused such nausea and stomach pain, I immediately went to the bathroom and vomited. Then I read that the pain is from the stomach drawing fluid into the stomach for digestion and gas produced from carbohydrate digestion. I suppose my body is no longer used to digesting so many carbohydrates at once. What a great deterrent to consuming sugar! I'd rather use that for an excuse, than to have to vomit or suffer the consequences.

I didn't add the cake to my calories consumed, otherwise it was around 1400 kcals
