Woke at 225.5, down 3.9 from yesterday. Day five of June FMD, although I’m going into the first of July to complete the five-day regimen. UPDATE: Got down to 224.0 before dinner. Jason ordered burgers and I had one from The Habit without lettuce to break the fast. I lost 11 pounds during the June (and July 1) FMD.
