Good Morning! I had a fabulous workout yesterday! I tried to break it up to record but it does not really reflect exactly how it went or how great I feel! I walked 2 miles at work then 1 mile on the track, I actually ran the straight and the curve on the track nonstop, two laps! That’s AWESOME! I did some weights, core training and great stretching. I was able to lay flat on my back and put my arms over my head and they touched the mat!!!! THAT IS MAJOR! Anywho...Everybody have a great day and STAY ON PROGRAM!
