Good Lord I feel aweful! I'm guessing that I have come down with the flu. It's been a long time since I have felt this bad. What makes me feel even worse is that I haven't exercised in 2 days and it may be a third because I just don't have the energy to do anything. I am trying to watch what I eat so I don't mess myself up to bad plus when I eat to much the nausea is horrible. I haven't gained anything but I haven't lost anything either. I have gotten into such a routine of exercising that I feel really guilty about not doing anything. For anyone that reads this what do you do when you're sick? I have got to get back on track because I have come to far to mess up but I just feel like sleeping.
