Even though I hate to admit it, my body needs exercise. boooo! I just dont like it. oh well, if I want to lose weight, I need to do it. So I've been using the stationary bike for about 10 min a day, keeping my heart in the fat burning zone. As soon as the pool opens up, I will be in there doing lunges and stretches and a modified aerobic session. So that will be good. =)
