Tried a new recipe today,fried radishes with scrambled eggs green pepper and onion.Not a lot of flavor ended up adding some hot sauce. I will make it again but not often. Snowing again today and more coming for Monday. Exercise today is not going to happen :(.

I hear that. Although all the shoveling and fighting with the snowblower surely burns a gazillion calories lol. What kills me is the kids have been home all week. Snack foods all over the place!

How do you fry radishes? I'd like to try.

Sngglebnny just slice them and fry like you would potatoes,it does take the bite out. Its a good change,do need to add flavoring. Always looking for creative things to do with food.
