I found if I went off it a bit and back on it kind of kick started again the weight loss. When I say went off it - maybe a piece of toast or a few grapes or, BLUSHING DEEPLY, a whole block of chocolate (green aero family block) and right back on. Then i wonder if it wouldnt have come off more if I hadnt cheated???
Wonder if those bubbles of nothing helped? lol
