DYING for some veggies today. I had cauliflower with breakfast. That's a new one. :)

Working 6 hours today, but I only get one or two 10-minute breaks. I'll have to snack on a protein drink, eggs, and bacon. Not sure how to get any veggies in with only a couple of minutes. I also have to use that time to use the restroom and drink some water so it's not enough time to heat anything up or eat anything crunchy, really.

I'm working in the Deli at Safeway. My boss needed me to stay for an 8-hour shift, so I got a 30 minute lunch. I was able to eat my leftover Tuscan chicken with roasted red peppers and capers. Yummy!
