DYING for some veggies today. I had cauliflower with breakfast. That's a new one. :)
Working 6 hours today, but I only get one or two 10-minute breaks. I'll have to snack on a protein drink, eggs, and bacon. Not sure how to get any veggies in with only a couple of minutes. I also have to use that time to use the restroom and drink some water so it's not enough time to heat anything up or eat anything crunchy, really.
