COVID ridden and feeling unwell while dieting is harder than I thought. I'm doing quite well though, I've managed to stick to my calorie allowance and now I'm branching out into cooking things I'd never have tried before.

Today I'm going to give Halibut a try with some garlic honey and soy sauce and a bit of rice. Maybe throw in some green beans and challots for good measure.

Powered up the smart watch for the first time in 4 months. Now you know it's getting serious when I start wearing a watch. :)

Not so skinny do u have any fish recipe Am awful at cooking fish learned to bake some fish from a dear friend that’s all I know xx
