Okay, so today was a bad day but not because I over ate or ate off plan, but because I skipped lunch. I was out shopping at the outlets with my daughters and my SIL. Lots of walking and big mixup at lunch.
Anyway, tomorrow I am going to refocus and change things up and see how it goes. I feel like my eating has been off and so I am going to change it up and re-evaluate to make sure my %s are right and I am getting it all right.
